Today was one of those days on the treasure trail when you come across something strange but great.  Here is a couple of those finds.  Made for great pictures if they have no other reason for being.

We are excited to welcome Greg Gould, a breath of fresh air to the world of California Art & Home.  Fun and colorful art by an artist that is always looking for ways to use his art to help his community.   Greg has worked with Global Inheritance, a non profit organization, transforming a number of 'trash bins' into useable artworks. He has had these shown at various festivals (Coachella, The Stage Coach Festival), and even at the Natural History Museum. Once they had made the circuit of showings, they were donated to local inner city schools in an effort to promote recycling to the young. Greg has also worked with an 'eco-art' gallery in Los Angeles on a project of taking discarded billboards from landfills, then re-stretched so that he and other artists could paint on top of them. There were a few openings for these works, with a write up in the L.A. Times as well!

Greg's site is: www.gouldeyecandy.com   and my youtube channel is: youtube,com/gouldeyecandy
